About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and external systems.
Configure and support ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and SPM solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve defects.
Support Discovery, Service Mapping, and cloud integrations across AWS and Azure environments.
Participate in Agile teams, contributing to sprint delivery, peer reviews, and technical documentation.
Support testing, deployment, CI/CD, and release management activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government Security Clearance.
Associate degree or Equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
Hands-on experience with CMDB.
Experience with ITSM modules and Agile development environments.
Understanding of database concepts, including SQL.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required.
Must be able to report to onsite client location in Washington, DC in a hybrid capacity or have the ability to travel for required meetings.
