Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and critique as is business processes and create to-be business processes that include the platform application to improve efficiencies.
Review user’s requests for new or modified computer programs to resolve feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities.
Analyze and outline steps required to develop programs, using structured analysis and design.
Plan, develop, test, and document computer programs, applying knowledge of applicable computer system/platform application.
Provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts.

What you’ll need

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance.
Associate degree or Equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience as a technical business or data analyst with ServiceNow or similar platform
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation development) with customers and end-users, and team members
Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills
Strong leadership and team building skills
Working knowledge and experience with Agile development practices and ceremonies
