About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement solutions for new application improvements.
Coordinate integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces.
Provide ongoing support and peer reviews throughout sprints.
Lead investigations into production issues and complete technical tickets.
Remediate O&M defects and develop solutions for new requirements.
Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX
Associate degree or Equivalent experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government Security Clearance
Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
Experience leveraging ITSM and NowCreate toolsets to develop custom-scoped applications.
Experience working in Agile development environments, and strong knowledge of Agile methodology and concepts.
Understanding of database concepts, including SQL.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge and prior experience using UI Path automation tools.
