Design and maintain the RadiantOne Virtual Directory Service (VDS) to aggregate, correlate, and orchestrate identity data from disparate sources (AD, LDAP, SQL, HRIS)
Perform complex identity correlation and join logic to ensure "Golden Records" are accurate, high-performing, and scalable
Lead service management initiatives, ensuring that the identity platform meets high-availability requirements and supports the organization's portfolio management objectives

Requirements

Have an active Secret Government security clearance that requires U.S. citizenship
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
6+ years of progressive experience in identity and access management
Expert-level knowledge of RadiantOne suite: VDS, ICS, and CFS
Security+ certified or higher-level certification or ability to obtain the Security+ within 6 months of hire
