About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system implementations
Lead collaboration, facilitate sprint activities, and create and communicate requirements artifacts
Work closely with business stakeholders, product/project managers, and technical teams
Conduct market research to identify technology trends
Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones
Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive decision-making and improvements
Assure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and confidence building
Manage and curate product features and backlog
Provide project updates to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication skills
Experience working within Agile Software Development frameworks and teams to include Scrum
Experience with product management to include roadmap and feature development
BS in Engineering or equivalent education / experience
5+ years of related work experience
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Currently holds an active U.S. national security clearance or be able to receive and maintain one.
