Sales Manager, Junior Account Manager – Technical Sales, International

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in managing and developing existing customer accounts: presenting services and capturing requirements, clarifying orders and preparing quotations, coordinating interfaces and negotiating contracts
- Strategic and operational involvement in establishing new customer relationships in international target markets, particularly Marine, Off‑Highway and On‑Highway
- Initial technical coordination with customers and close collaboration with internal teams such as application engineering, development and sales support
- Support in preparing forecasts and sales-related analyses
- Participation in international trade shows and industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial professional experience in sales, technical sales or inside sales — ideally with a technically complex product in Off‑Highway, stationary applications, electric drive systems or software solutions
- Interest in technically complex products and strong technical understanding
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a relevant degree
- Confident communication in German and good knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–25%
