HR Manager – Performance Management, Compensation

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement a company-wide performance management system
- Develop a variable compensation system for all hierarchy levels, including production
- Introduce a software-supported target agreement (goal-setting) system
- Define KPIs and standards for performance-based pay
- Conduct compensation benchmarks and market analyses
- Advise and train managers and employees
- Act as an active sparring partner for the Executive Board, CFO and Head of HR
- Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation
- Drive change management and promote acceptance across the organization
- Support future HR digitization projects (e.g., electronic personnel file)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management or Organizational Development
- Experience implementing compensation systems in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of collective bargaining law and/or payroll is an advantage
- Change-management and project leadership skills
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and credibility in interactions with leadership
- Very good German and good English skills
