About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement a company-wide performance management system
  • Develop a variable compensation system for all hierarchy levels, including production
  • Introduce a software-supported target agreement (goal-setting) system
  • Define KPIs and standards for performance-based pay
  • Conduct compensation benchmarks and market analyses
  • Advise and train managers and employees
  • Act as an active sparring partner for the Executive Board, CFO and Head of HR
  • Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation
  • Drive change management and promote acceptance across the organization
  • Support future HR digitization projects (e.g., electronic personnel file)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management or Organizational Development
  • Experience implementing compensation systems in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining law and/or payroll is an advantage
  • Change-management and project leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness and credibility in interactions with leadership
  • Very good German and good English skills
