Business Operations

• Serve as the Product Owner and systems owner for critical enterprise and manufacturing platforms.
• Lead business requirements gathering efforts for new systems implementations, integrations, and workflow redesign initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, IT, and external vendors to align systems strategy with business needs.
• Support and improve integrations across ERP, CRM, finance, manufacturing, inventory, and operational systems.
• Support business workflows related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and operational data management.
• Help model and optimize future-state business workflows and enterprise systems interoperability.
• Translate operational and business requirements into actionable delivery plans and technical solutions.
• Support enterprise systems modernization, Console redesign, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
