About the role
- Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports (composite, matrix, dashboards), including development of calculated fields to support complex reporting needs.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, validate data accuracy, and continuously improve reports for usability, performance, and standardization.
- Support Workday HCM configuration, including business processes, data structures, and system enhancements.
- Partner with functional and technical teams on integrations, ensuring accurate data flow, validation, and issue resolution—particularly for Benefits and downstream systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting HR/payroll/benefits data management, analytics, and/or reporting
- 3+ years of Workday experience, with a strong focus on: Advanced report writing (composite, matrix, calculated fields) Workday HCM configuration Benefits and Talent related integrations
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Experience supporting both individual and broad organizational reporting needs
