About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports (composite, matrix, dashboards), including development of calculated fields to support complex reporting needs.
Troubleshoot reporting issues, validate data accuracy, and continuously improve reports for usability, performance, and standardization.
Support Workday HCM configuration, including business processes, data structures, and system enhancements.
Partner with functional and technical teams on integrations, ensuring accurate data flow, validation, and issue resolution—particularly for Benefits and downstream systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or related field
5+ years of experience supporting HR/payroll/benefits data management, analytics, and/or reporting
3+ years of Workday experience, with a strong focus on: Advanced report writing (composite, matrix, calculated fields) Workday HCM configuration Benefits and Talent related integrations
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
Experience supporting both individual and broad organizational reporting needs
