About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across Capcom’s portfolio of games
- Drive performance across launch campaigns and ongoing commercial initiatives
- Manage paid media and email marketing agencies across CTV, paid social, search, email, gaming, endemic media, and emerging digital platforms
- Develop audience-first strategies to maximize awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Lead performance-driven campaigns supporting revenue, promotional initiatives, and catalog sales
- Own paid media strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and reporting
- Partner with Brand Managers and stakeholders on go-to-market strategies, media plans, budgets, and measurement frameworks
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze audience, channel, and market data
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns supporting awareness, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue
- Develop audience segmentation, messaging strategies, testing plans, and performance measurement approaches
- Serve as Capcom’s digital marketing subject matter expert
- Identify emerging platforms, consumer trends, technologies, and industry best practices
- Lead media buying and email marketing agency relationships
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Community, Creative Services, Analytics, and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Approximately 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or similar Marketing functions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field of study
- Track record of high job performance through consistent growth and execution of meaningful projects in marketing, analytics, gaming, or similar fields
- Pro-active team player who is detail oriented, self-motivated, and time efficient
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient use of Excel basics, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other necessary digital tools
- Preferred experience using Gamesight to track full-funnel attribution for digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
