About the role

  • Work across sub-areas of compliance, skills and competencies development, business, processes, projects, supply chain, and digital transformation
  • Perform technical coordination, critical analyses, strategic support, optimizations, and technical studies
  • Lead specialized technical work, develop solutions, improve processes and activities, provide consulting services, and identify risks and opportunities

Requirements

  • 10 (ten) years of experience in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or other related areas
  • Postgraduate degree with a minimum workload of 360 hours
  • Certifications required as identified by need: CPC-A, CIA, SiAC, ISO9001, CertIFR, PMI-ACP, CBPP, BPM or Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), PMP, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP), or Official SAFe® Certification.
