About the role

Develop, update and review management dashboards and databases related to contract management, follow-up and asset quality, according to the schedule defined by Petrobras.
Perform critical analyses of the information in the dashboards, integrating data with areas such as warehousing, planning, finance and procurement.
Track and monitor managerial action plans, ensuring execution and control of resulting tasks.
Create tools for control and traceability of materials, packaging, containers, contracts and purchase orders.
Develop solutions for updating procurement systems and documents (ServiceNow, SAP HANA, SAP Ariba), supporting the management of operational and capital goods contracts.

Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in data analysis (documented in employment record or other employment contract).
Proficiency in the local language and technical writing skills;
Advanced Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
SAP systems and derivatives (Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, YARD, etc);
Email clients;
Petronect portal;
Structured Query Language (SQL);
Advanced Business Intelligence (BI) tools;
Programming languages Python, R or Julia (intermediate level or higher);
Basic web design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
Knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL...);
ETL;
Data wrangling;
Data cleaning;
Basic statistics;
Data visualization;
Data storytelling;
