About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage potential customers through strategic outbound efforts including cold calling, research, networking, and marketing-supported campaigns.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads generated through marketing initiatives (webinars, guides, website forms, etc.).
- Qualify leads through thoughtful discovery and needs analysis.
- Partner with Marketing to align on campaign messaging, target segments, and performance feedback.
- Establish and grow relationships with prospects by understanding their pain points and objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on persuasive and clear presentation abilities
- Proficient in CRM software and Google Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and foster a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, etc.) is a plus
