About the role
- Generate and qualify business opportunities for the sales team
- Conduct active prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp)
- Identify decision-makers and map opportunities at target companies
- Qualify leads according to defined criteria (profile, pain points, purchase potential)
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team (closers)
- Enter and organize information in the CRM
- Track performance metrics (calls, contacts, meetings scheduled)
- Collaborate on building lists and outreach strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience as a BDR or SDR
- Availability to work on-site in the Lourdes neighborhood, Belo Horizonte during business hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proactive, hunter mindset
- Comfortable handling objections and cold outreach
- Basic knowledge of digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, LinkedIn)
