About the role
- Oversee all phases of contract administration, including preparation, negotiation, execution, modifications, and closeout
- Develop compliance matrices and conduct contract kickoff meetings
- Ensure continuous compliance throughout the contract lifecycle
- Research and resolve contract issues; monitor performance against requirements
- Serve as the authorized negotiator and signatory for contractual matters
- Collaborate with corporate support teams, program staff, and Government contracting officers
- Support proposal development activities
- Maintain organized electronic contract files and records within Costpoint
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Government contracting personnel
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate and attend meetings to establish program and contract requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years of U.S. Government contract administration experience
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
- Experience negotiating and executing NDAs and Teaming Agreements
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and AFARS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities
