About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic development of programmatic media plans
Design media strategies spanning CTV, display, video, and DOOH
Build plans rooted in business objectives
Translate client briefs into sophisticated programmatic plans
Demonstrate mastery of the programmatic ecosystem
Own the relationship between programmatic and the broader biddable ecosystem
Build measurement frameworks that answer real business questions
Partner closely with analytics and data science teams
Maintain hands-on fluency across major DSP environments
Provide technical direction on audience strategy
Serve as the primary operational lead for the programmatic team
Directly manage Directors and Associate Directors

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in programmatic media with progressive responsibility
Expert-level knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem
A track record of developing sophisticated programmatic strategies
Real experience building measurement frameworks beyond last-click
Deep technical platform knowledge: DV360, The Trade Desk
Experience managing senior direct reports (Directors and above)
Agency experience required
Automotive account experience strongly preferred
