Support the Country Marketing Lead across campaigns, partnerships, and events.
Drive marketing strategies to life ensuring seamless coordination.
Lead execution of marketing campaigns ensuring quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life seamlessly.
Coordinate with agencies and partners for smooth rollout of campaigns.
Plan and execute on-ground and virtual events including logistics and follow-ups.
Set campaign KPIs, track performance data, and translate insights into recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, or partnerships, ideally with exposure across more than one of these disciplines.
Strong execution skills — you can manage multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
Experience working with external agencies, vendors, or partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
Data-driven mindset comfortable setting KPIs, analysing campaign performance, and using data to inform decisions and optimise execution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, able to write clear briefs and stakeholder updates.
Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments, including legal, finance, procurement, and global teams.
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
