About the role

- Collaborate with Content Studio, Product, and Editing/Video teams to maintain alignment
- Deliver content at pace while balancing craft, consistency, and scalability
- Participate in trend reviews, content forecasting, and creative reviews
- Contribute to experimentation across motion, video editing, and AI-assisted content creation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deeply immersed in social platforms and understand what performs and why
- Able to convert platform trends into templates usable by millions of non-experts
- Skilled in video editing, motion design, mobile-first storytelling, and creative pacing
- Curious about creator culture and the evolving role of short-form video
- Collaborative, iterative, and comfortable with rapid creative production
- Motivated by empowering people to express their ideas through social content
