About the role

  • Own Canva’s product and localization strategy in Indonesia
  • Contribute to the product roadmap for Indonesia, including feature launches and market specific capabilities
  • Analyse user and subscription funnels to identify opportunities for growth
  • Evaluate and adapt global messaging and product experiences for Indonesian users
  • Provide cultural insights to global teams andensure clarity in Indonesian language experiences
  • Develop language style guides and localization best practices with the Indonesian Language Manager

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product and localisation within a high-growth SaaS or product-led company
  • Deep understanding of Indonesia’s digital ecosystem, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviour
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure, interpret, and optimise funnel performance
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across product, marketing, content, and regional specialty teams
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
