About the role
- Design and animate video assets, motion graphics, transitions, characters, and storytelling elements
- Create looping animations, expressive scenes, and narrative-driven sequences
- Collaborate with template designers to ensure assets integrate seamlessly into user workflows
- Work with product teams to understand new motion features and build assets that demonstrate them
- Maintain high levels of craft while producing content at scalable volume
- Participate in creative reviews, asset planning, and experimentation cycles
- Stay up-to-date with animation trends, editing styles, and visual storytelling techniques
Requirements
- Motion-obsessed and skilled in animation, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable working across multiple styles
- Excited to create assets that empower others to tell their stories
