About the role
- Craft clear, actionable narratives using data.
- Proactively surface growth opportunities and user behaviour shifts.
- Design and build data products from scratch.
- Define how we track success across the region by setting clear, relevant targets.
- Act as the bridge between SEA teams and global product and data functions.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to design and measure new feature performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data, growth, or product analytics
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills
- Proficient in SQL and R or Python
- Experience with modern data stacks (e.g. Snowflake, Mode, NetSpring, Omni)
- Familiarity with experimentation tools (e.g. Pilot or similar)
- Ability to design and analyse A/B tests and pilots
