About the role
- Review, enrich, and maintain quality of free and royalty-free music and sound effects
- Assess user-submitted audio for technical quality, usability, metadata accuracy, and licensing compliance
- Work directly with contributor submissions, applying clear guidelines and making consistent quality decisions
- Contribute to improving metadata structures, content guidelines, and review workflows
- Identify high-quality audio suitable for enrichment and downstream use
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in audio production, editing, mixing, or mastering
- Understanding of royalty-free licensing, copyright, and content rights
- Detail-oriented and structured
- Comfortable working independently in remote workflows
- Bonus: experience with stock audio libraries, marketplace platforms, metadata taxonomies, or AI-assisted content review tools
