About the role

  • Lead the development of Canva’s next-generation AdTech systems - core to our marketing and growth strategy
  • Own the roadmap for automation, audience activation, and AI integration and optimisation, ensuring our marketing teams can scale their impact with speed and precision
  • Partner closely with engineering, marketing, data, and AI teams to develop privacy-first, data-driven infrastructure that helps Canva reach the right users at the right time, everywhere we show up
  • Continuously improve campaign performance, marketing efficiency, and the scalability of our internal AdTech stack

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in AdTech, Marketing Technology, or related Marketing domains
  • Strong understanding of advertising platforms and APIs (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, or DSPs)
  • Experience with first-party data activation, pixels and signals, audience management, and privacy-safe measurement
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes, ability to prioritise ruthlessly
  • Builder’s mindset: curious, fast-moving, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing strategic thinking with rapid delivery
