About the role
- Help shape how personalised messaging comes to life across Canva’s lifecycle channels.
- Play a pivotal role in translating user insights and behaviours into relevant visual stories.
- Design on-brand, visually engaging email and mobile assets tailored to user context and lifecycle stage.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process, from research and concepting to execution and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with marketers, product managers and fellow designers to ensure creative alignment and accuracy.
- Develop scalable templates, asset libraries, and design systems that support fast-paced experimentation.
- Review and refine creative outputs to maintain a high standard of quality across all campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing high-quality email, mobile, or digital marketing work.
- Ability to create fresh, relevant, and timely visuals tailored to specific audiences and user mindsets.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end design workflows, including feedback, iteration, and quality assurance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining creative excellence across every output.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and suggest improvements.
