About the role
- Define and execute the Poland Creator community strategy
- Build and manage the Poland Creator community
- Identify, recruit, and nurture top creative talent
- Spin up strong feedback loops
- Use data and insights to measure community health
- Design and run on-ground activations
- Recruit new creators at relevant industry events
- Craft clear, inclusive communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver initiatives
- Act as a trusted relationship-builder
Requirements
- 5+ years in community management or adjacent fields
- Deep knowledge of the Polish creative and cultural landscape
- Experience zero-to-one in setting up strategy, systems, and rituals
- Event planning skills for online and offline activations
- Hands-on with community platforms (Discord, Facebook Groups, Circle)
- Analytical mindset for actionable program improvements
- Excellent communication in Polish and English
