- Coaching and enabling Country SEO Leads across LATAM to achieve full strategic autonomy
- Synthesising local SEO performance insights to inform global strategies
- Evangelising SEO within regional leadership and influencing resource prioritisation
- Collaborating with other Regional SEO Strategists to scale systems thinking globally
- Guiding experimentation with AI search trends and next-gen discovery channels
- Ensuring strategic alignment across language clusters (e.g., Spanish variants across LATAM)
Requirements
- Deep international SEO expertise with a strong localisation lens
- Peer coach at heart, enabling others to lead with confidence and impact
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving complex regional growth challenges
- Data-driven with excellent judgment and prioritisation skills
- Understanding of organic discoverability evolution across AI, search, and social
- Cross-functional experience with marketing, product, and engineering teams in a global setting
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
