- Leading a high-impact engineering team to develop features that empower marketers to publish, manage, and optimise campaigns across major ad platforms
- Guiding technical strategy across both frontend and backend systems — including performance insights, publish integrations, and LLM-powered tools
- Building a scalable, high-performing team of engineers by coaching, mentoring, and hiring talent
