About the role

  • Scale Canva Enterprise revenue across South East Asia with consistent, predictable execution.
  • Run structured tests, validate demand, and operationalise go‑to‑market for new segments and countries.
  • Manage multi‑stakeholder deals, align exec sponsors, and unblock procurement and security reviews across diverse regulatory environments.
  • Championing value delivery that leads to expansion and renewal outcomes in SEA accounts.
  • Implement playbooks, KPIs, and feedback loops to improve pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
  • Hire and be a hands-on coach with A‑players and develop future managers across the region.
  • Collaborate with SDR, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to amplify impact with localised motions.

  • You've successfully led high-performing sellers in a top-tier SaaS business.
  • You know how to attract, grow, and inspire A+ talent to deliver outstanding results.
