About the role
- Territory & Account Planning: You’ll take a strategic approach — identifying high-potential opportunities and investing your time where it drives the most impact.
- Pipeline Generation & Revenue Growth: You’ll proactively build pipeline through outbound engagement and prospecting, using Salesforce to maintain visibility, accuracy, and momentum across the funnel.
- Customer-Centric Storytelling: You’ll guide customers through a tailored journey, using compelling narratives and creative vision to demonstrate how Canva can meet their unique needs.
- Be a Product Expert: You’ll deeply understand Canva’s product suite and position creative, scalable solutions to address customer challenges.
- Foster Long-Term Relationships: You’ll focus on creating meaningful, lasting partnerships — both externally with customers and internally with cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, and Customer Success.
- Bring Chaos to Clarity: You’ll simplify complex problems into compelling, customer-ready stories using Canva’s Worksuite (Presentations, Docs, etc.).
Requirements
- You’ve worked with medium-sized accounts and have a strong track record of top performance, ideally in a tech environment.
- You’ve successfully managed full sales cycles with a focus on new logo acquisition.
- You’re skilled at navigating complexity and crafting solutions that solve real business challenges.
- You know how to build strategic account plans and map value across intricate organisations.
- You’re confident presenting to multiple stakeholders and leading sophisticated negotiations.
- You’re at ease with ambiguity and thrive in fast-moving, ever-changing environments.
