About the role
- Supporting the delivery of Canva Create sponsorships, managing 6–7 Bronze level sponsors, including kickoff meetings, rollout of sponsorship activations, and managing internal and external reviews of all channel inclusions.
- Managing production workflows for activation activity with our experiential agency, Public School, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and clear expectations with sponsors.
- Supporting sponsorship operations such as ticketing distribution, lead capture, content capture, and sponsor invoicing.
- Contributing to reporting, reconciliation, and post-event insights to measure sponsor ROI and inform future sponsorship models.
Requirements
- Have experience managing Brand Partnerships or sponsorships across large-scale events or campaigns.
- Are highly organised and can manage multiple sponsors, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Have experience coordinating with product, creative, production, legal, and finance teams to bring sponsorships or partnerships to life.
- Bring strong relationship management and communication skills, building trust with sponsors and internal stakeholders alike.
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused — you don’t just get things done, you elevate the outcome.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, bringing clarity and structure to complex, cross-functional work streams.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every sponsor touchpoint feels premium, aligned, and impactful.
- Open to flexible working hours, given many of our sponsors are based in the US.
