About the role

  • Develop, own and lead paid social media acquisition strategies across Meta, Reddit, TikTok and emerging platforms
  • Responsible for paid media strategy and performance across UK and selected international markets
  • Design, implement and govern bespoke paid social frameworks, including account architecture, testing methodologies, optimisation logic and performance governance
  • Ensure all activity complies with platform policies and healthcare advertising regulations
  • Configure and maintain advanced paid social technical setups, including tracking frameworks, conversion events, audience segmentation and attribution logic
  • Monitor, analyse and optimise performance using platform data, analytics tools and structured testing methodologies
  • Manage and optimise paid media budgets to maximise return on investment, efficiency and learning outcomes
  • Analyse campaign and funnel performance to generate statistically and commercially meaningful insights
  • Apply hypothesis-led testing and experimentation, particularly in low-volume or constrained or regulated data environments
  • Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with creative, brand, UX, analytics, product and clinical teams to develop compliant, platform-appropriate creative assets
  • Provide detailed creative briefs grounded in performance data and regulatory constraints
  • Support integrated campaign planning across multiple marketing and business functions
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for paid social performance marketing within a regulated healthcare environment
  • Contribute to wider paid media strategy beyond social channels, including support for Paid Search and other performance channels
  • Support campaign execution and optimisation across additional geographic markets where required
  • Assist in demand forecasting, capacity planning and channel mix optimisation

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ professional experience in paid digital performance marketing
  • Demonstrable experience managing paid social campaigns at scale across Meta, TikTok and/or Reddit
  • Proven experience operating within regulated or restricted advertising environments (e.g. healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services)
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data, attribution and conversion funnels
  • Strong technical understanding of paid media tracking, analytics and campaign architecture
  • Ability to work independently, manage complex workloads and deliver against commercial objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desirable: Experience in healthcare, telemedicine or regulated consumer services
  • Familiarity with GA4, consent-led tracking environments and attribution modelling
  • Experience supporting multi-country or international paid media programmes
  • Exposure to Paid Search or broader performance marketing channels
