About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The HR Manager will perform all the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including payroll administration, benefit administration, employee relations, performance, HR policies, and the full employee lifecycle.
  • The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and offboarding.
  • Serve as the liaison and translator between the US and Italy for human resources department.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS system update.
  • Administer payroll process.
  • Facilitate employee benefits programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Administer the daily workflow of the HR department.
  • Ensure the organization’s HR and talent strategy aligns with business objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Position may be eligible for part-time telecommuting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent* in Human Resources, Professional Communication or a closely related field and 2 years of experience in a human resources occupation with a multinational company.
  • The required experience must include the following:
  • HR Management Systems (HRIS): ADP Workforce Now, Workday, Performance and Recruitment Segments, Background Checks.
  • Read, write, and speak Italian at a professional proficient level.
  • Payroll and Compensation: ADP Workforce Now, Time and Attendance, Sure Payroll.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Documents and Workflow Management: Adobe Acrobat Pro and DocuSign.
  • Expense and Travel Management: Sap Concur, Verification process: E-Verify.-Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
