About the role
- Work closely with product managers, marketers, engineers, and designers to define success metrics and inform our product and growth strategy
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to guide product and growth decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting pipelines, and monitoring tools that turn product data into actionable insights
- Research user behavior, and use the results to drive product innovation
- Help foster a data-informed culture across product and leadership teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a data science, product analytics, or similar quantitative role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands on experience with data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, Bigquery) and tools like dbt or Airflow
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning. Experience with Hex is a plus.
- Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses with clear takeaways
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across technical and non-technical stakeholders
