About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in implementing the selected eProcurement and Supply Chain Management platform, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across regions
Execute and maintain global best practices for procurement, compliance, order management, receiving, invoicing, and payment
Interface with Supply Chain Leadership to assist in the development and execution of a Supply Chain Strategy linked to the Company Vision and Mission
Drive adoption of new processes and tools through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
Develop, monitor and report on key Procure-to-Pay performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain supply chain technology systems and master data accuracy (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Contract Management solutions)
Work closely with Customer Service/Inside Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and consistency
Ensure adherence to company policies, including Delegation of Authority and Signature Authority guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in procurement management or supply chain operations
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving cross functional collaboration and delivering business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay processes and platforms; SAP experience strongly preferred
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication/interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI a plus)
Ability to create a strong and supportive culture through leading by example and inspiring others
Knowledge of AI and how it can be strategically applied to increase efficiency and effectiveness is highly desired
Very good level of English (other language skills will be an advantage)
