About the role

  • Cooperating with the customer’s Logistics and Purchasing departments
  • Handling customer orders in line with agreed contracts
  • Monitoring the execution of sales plans for assigned customers
  • Controlling stock levels, receivables and returnable packaging
  • Preparing reports and summaries
  • Supporting Sales Managers in developing international markets

Requirements

  • University degree (preferred: economics, international trade or similar)
  • Very good command of English (B2/C1)
  • Very good command of German (B2/C1) - nice to have
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers
  • Good analytical skills and well-organized approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role in an international environment is an advantage
  • SAP experience is a plus
