• Document functionality and maintain organized, up-to-date test cases using TestRail, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with Technical Support Engineers and Engineering to resolve high-priority customer bugs by identifying issues and driving solutions.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential bugs and enhance application performance.
• Partner with the Philippines team on coordinating regression testing, squad work, and special projects, ensuring quality and completion.
• Use Jira to track feature and bug status within your squad, maintaining clear and accurate updates.
• Own the release process for your squad’s features and bug fixes, ensuring quality and readiness for deployment.
• Act as an advocate for quality across Canopy, supporting continuous improvement and playing a vital role in maintaining high standards for every project.
