About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce and execute test plans aligned to delivery milestones and business outcomes
- Design, review, and maintain test scripts to support functional, integration, regression, and end to end testing
- Execute testing cycles efficiently, logging, tracking, and re-testing defects to resolution
- Provide clear, concise test status reporting, risks, and quality insights to delivery teams and stakeholders
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders
- Contribute to Agile delivery ceremonies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Outcome focused and delivery-oriented mindset
- Strong collaborator with ability to build effective working relationships quickly
- Comfortable operating in changing environments and adapting to shifting priorities
- Confident in providing independent, objective quality assessments to support decision making
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Ability to articulate Testing and Quality issues in a clear and concise manner to non-tech people
- Preferable experience with Azure DevOps, Postman, SQL Server Management Studio
