About the role
- Lead and manage complex device implementation projects within a managed print services environment, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans; coordinate resources; monitor progress; manage risks; ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage on-site resources and stakeholder communication; conduct regular status updates with clients including C-level
- Analyze current-state workflows; identify bottlenecks; propose automation or process redesigns (paper-to-digital, print optimization, document management, device onboarding)
- Mentor less experienced staff; collaborate across Canon business units; maintain documentation/tools/templates
- Travel up to 30% as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in document management or managed print services
- Experience managing or supporting digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with Daptiv (or similar project management software) preferred
- Strong understanding of print workflows and paper-to-digital automation
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
- Project+ or equivalent project management certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required
- Six Sigma or similar process improvement training is a plus
- Daptiv software training is a plus
