We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the organization's financial health through hands-on management of core financial operations and cross-functional collaboration.\n
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for a broad range of accounting, budgeting, reporting, and procurement duties that directly support organizational compliance, accuracy, and strategic decision-making.\n

Your Impact: Direct internal financial operations, including budgeting, billing, purchasing, and accounts payable; Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance, streamline processes, and maintain data integrity.\n
You'll manage and update Fixed Asset Registers, tracking additions, disposals, and construction-in-progress\n
Lead the full procurement cycle, from requisition to vendor selection, ensuring adherence to policy and budget guidelines\n
Drive the month-end close process, including prepaid amortization, accruals, internal billing, invoice distribution, financial statement preparation, forecasting, variance analysis, and leadership reporting\n
Monitor departmental and organizational budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures to inform strategic financial planning\n
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership\n
Reconcile monthly balance sheets and contribute to Month-in-Review presentations, quarterly report, annual tax documentation, and bi-monthly cash forecasting\n
Support financial initiatives, audits, and special projects that advance business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA designation is a plus\n
5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial operations\n
Strong understanding of billing, procurement, and accounts payable processes\n
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions); experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as Oracle, Workday, or similar financial software\n
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to diverse audiences\n
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
