About the role

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the organization's financial health through hands-on management of core financial operations and cross-functional collaboration.\n
  • As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for a broad range of accounting, budgeting, reporting, and procurement duties that directly support organizational compliance, accuracy, and strategic decision-making.\n

  • Your Impact: Direct internal financial operations, including budgeting, billing, purchasing, and accounts payable; Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance, streamline processes, and maintain data integrity.\n
  • You'll manage and update Fixed Asset Registers, tracking additions, disposals, and construction-in-progress\n
  • Lead the full procurement cycle, from requisition to vendor selection, ensuring adherence to policy and budget guidelines\n
  • Drive the month-end close process, including prepaid amortization, accruals, internal billing, invoice distribution, financial statement preparation, forecasting, variance analysis, and leadership reporting\n
  • Monitor departmental and organizational budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures to inform strategic financial planning\n
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership\n
  • Reconcile monthly balance sheets and contribute to Month-in-Review presentations, quarterly report, annual tax documentation, and bi-monthly cash forecasting\n
  • Support financial initiatives, audits, and special projects that advance business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA designation is a plus\n
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial operations\n
  • Strong understanding of billing, procurement, and accounts payable processes\n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions); experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as Oracle, Workday, or similar financial software\n
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to diverse audiences\n
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
