About the role
- Develop and maintain relationships with Independent Dealers & Resellers through telemarketing, email solicitation, and order procurement
- Provide best-in-class customer service and lease consulting to Dealers, Resellers and Customers
- Solicit new CFS leasing relationships and grow market share within assigned territory
- Provide product, promotion, and general lease sales training to the Independent Dealer base
- Monitor competitive products and pricing and report market conditions to management
- Persuade Dealers & Resellers to secure potential customers and explain CFS products, services, and pricing
- Answer calls and emails per KRA’s to ensure single point of contact service
- Document all transactions, ensure accurate application entry, and provide detailed follow up
- Maintain high level of service by following policies and procedures and escalating as needed
- Maintain technical knowledge and contribute to team results
- Promote cradle-to-grave ownership throughout the servicing platform
- Maintain Salesforce database through activity history and sales coding
- Collaborate with Territories TSEs, Relationship Managers, and Risk Analysts to resolve escalations and obtain credit information
Requirements
- College degree and/or strong relationship management skills in the leasing industry
- Team player with high energy, positive outlook and professional demeanor who takes initiative
- Basic comprehension of Credit concepts and Programs utilized in leasing industry
- Strong math aptitude
- Strong communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal
- 1+ years leasing experience is preferred
- Inside Sales experience is required
- Basic knowledge of CPC program and basic HP comprehension a plus
