Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain, Repair & Optimize Production Print Devices: Perform maintenance and repairs on Inkjet/Toner production printers, ensuring all devices run smoothly.
Work on Major Installations and Projects: Contribute to large installations, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure success.
Proactive Customer Engagement: Demonstrate exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and offering proactive support.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for performance improvement and resolve issues independently.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience: You have sector experience, servicing Toner, Inkjet or Wide Format production printers, or other related experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in printer operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Experience with colour management software such as Adobe Colour or PrismaSync Tools is a plus.
Problem Solving: Excellent communication and analytical skills, proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, fault-finding, and device management.
