About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner closely with leaders, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to identify capability needs.
  • Support performance and talent processes, and design and deliver impactful development solutions that strengthen our talent pipeline.
  • Shape development priorities and drive high-quality performance and talent practices.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and translate insights into actionable solutions.
  • Design and deliver blended learning interventions aligned to organisational priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops and development programmes for employees and managers.
  • Manage the LMS, including scheduling, data accuracy and system optimisation.
  • Monitor performance outcomes, providing insights and identifying trends.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a Learning & Development and Talent Management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence at different levels.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners, both face to face and online.
  • Understanding of how to assess learning needs, create learning plans, and deliver learning interventions for individuals and teams' development.
  • A hands-on, delivery-focused approach with strong analytical and data-driven capability.
  • A genuine passion for helping others grow and develop.
  • Previous experience using and managing LMS systems.
  • CIPD level 3 or equivalent, vocational or professional qualification, or the equivalent professional experience is ideal
  • Enjoys being part of a fun team.
