About the role

  • Analyse customer requirements and perform feasibility assessments for production printing solutions
  • Support customers and sales teams with expert advice on Canon and third-party hardware solutions
  • Develop solution concepts and prepare **Solution, Design & Efforts documentation**
  • Present project proposals and mandates to internal stakeholders and steering committees
  • Define project structure, roles, responsibilities, and implementation plans
  • Lead complex implementation projects involving multiple internal and external partners
  • Coordinate activities between Canon Production Printing, Canon Europe teams, external suppliers, and customers
  • Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders including customers and senior management
  • Manage project acceptance, closure, and transition to Service Operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in **project management within production printing, industrial printing, or complex technical installations**
  • Strong understanding of **production printing workflows, hardware, and printing environments**
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Fluency in **German and English**
  • Willingness to travel
