About the role

  • Define and implement a B2B market penetration strategy to increase market share and achieve targets for assigned sector(s)
  • Promote Canon's range of products and solutions according to customer profiles
  • Maintain a regular presence with Customers and Prospects through ongoing activity (telephone / email / events / trade shows / workshops…) and in person to develop customer relationships and the business portfolio for the sectors under your responsibility
  • Build the company's credibility and enhance Canon's brand image with Customers by understanding their context and challenges, enabling identification of business opportunities
  • Manage activities through Account Plans
  • Stay focused on meeting targets
  • Ensure the design of new offers or the evolution of existing offers proposed to B2B customers
  • Coordinate and lead projects in collaboration with the Canon Consumer Division marketing teams, other departments, Canon Europe and the company’s various organizations (B2B Division, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) in Business/Management or equivalent for the B2B Sales Engineer position
  • Good knowledge of IT and basic communication tools (Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…)
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with CRM
  • Initial experience in selling solutions or hardware in a B2B environment and knowledge of the Defense sector (military / police / gendarmerie)
  • Knowledge of or enthusiasm for photography and video
