Responsible for managing the Events and Partnerships inbox for VistaJet and XO, responding to enquiries, event RSVPs and Member or internal enquiries regarding Partnerships, Sponsorship activations & Events.
Liaising with our Client Services team to fulfil Member travel & lifestyle requests and ensure high level standard of partner recommendations and service.
Integrating partner opportunities within the booking process for both VistaJet and XO.
Prepare experiences proposal decks for Members and pro-actively informing Members of existing partnerships, events and benefits as part of their onboarding and renewal processes.
Tracking all enquires, requests and revenue within Salesforce.
Project management of Vista’s Member newsletters including liaising with partners and working with the wider Marketing team.
Support the Partnership Manager across a wide range of partner accounts, help identify and vet partnership opportunities and schedule 3 – 6 months’ check-in with partner accounts.
Support on Partnership agreement processes, content generation and curation across Private World channels and work closely with the Marketing team to curate partner content relating to travel campaigns and experiences.
Help develop partner content presented on VistaJet & XO platforms, including websites, newsletters, and social media; update Private World & XO Destinations, Experiences and Events web pages to drive engagement.
Support and contribute to the calendar of partner activations, source partner event opportunities and present them to clients, and manage event communication to Members and prospects.
Lead curation of guest lists and guest list management of Member and partner events, collaborate with global Events and Sponsorship team and keep ambassadors engaged.
Work with Finance team to ensure all payments are timely invoiced and collected, support reporting to partners and contribute to monthly report for Executive Committee.
Perform any other tasks reasonably required in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager.
Requirements
Previous experience working with luxury brands/partners an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Proficiency in MS suite tools required.
Energetic: personable, outgoing, and thrive on engaging with multiple stakeholders.
Creative: comfortable translating brand guidelines into events concepts and partnership activation and come with fresh ideas on how to build community.
Organized: strong attention to detail and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, complex Member requests and competing deadlines.
Savvy: flexible marketer comfortable with a variety of digital tools and platforms, including Salesforce, social media platforms and performance and attribution tools.
