About the role
- Vista is the world’s only global aviation company, offering VistaJet Program, XO Memberships and Ad-Hoc Charter flights. Reporting to the Vice President of Presales & Direct, lead Sales Consultants to meet targets and develop sales strategies. Recruit, onboard, train Sales Consultants and foster a high-performance sales culture. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify regional market trends and adjust sales approaches. Continuously improve sales processes, monitor KPIs, and provide product training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven track record in sales, including experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Results-driven and goal-oriented.
