Reporting to the Vice President of Presales & Direct, lead Sales Consultants to meet targets and develop sales strategies.
Recruit, onboard, train Sales Consultants and foster a high-performance sales culture.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify regional market trends and adjust sales approaches.
Continuously improve sales processes, monitor KPIs, and provide product training.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record in sales, including experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Results-driven and goal-oriented.
