About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Installation, servicing and maintenance of Canon products
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults

  • Manage service tasks, parts and stock effectively
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and sustainability standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a service technician within the industry or within a related field such as IT, electrical engineering, electronics
  • A relevant qualification in IT, electrical engineering, electronics or similar would be preferred, but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach
  • Strong computer literacy, with confidence learning new systems and technologies
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good organisation skills with the ability to manage tasks and priorities
  • Current New Zealand driver’s licence (essential)
