Key responsibilities & impact

Backlog Management: Own, prioritize and refine the product backlog for multiple teams, ensuring items are clearly defined, detailed, and ordered to maximize business value.
Detailed Story Writing: Write exceptionally clear, concise, and detailed epic specs user stories and acceptance criteria for complex features, leaving no ambiguity for the development teams.
Technical Alignment: Work closely with technical leads and architects to understand technical constraints, resource requirements, and prioritization of features against technical debt.
Acceptance and Quality: Be the sole decision maker for accepting or rejecting product level enhancements, holding the team accountable for meeting the definition of done and high-quality standard before any release.
Agile Team Facilitation: Partner with engineers to define clear, achievable goals and lead all key ceremonies to maintain team focus, momentum, and alignment.
Monitor key metrics and work with team to continuously identify and remove execution impediments and bottlenecks.
Product Partnership: Work closely with Product Managers to understand strategy and bring enhancements to life from the ground up.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-10 years of dedicated experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-execution environment, specifically managing complex software products.
Master-level understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum principles; proven ability to drive a team's day-to-day execution effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail in writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria; a demonstrated obsession with quality and clear documentation.
Strong background or foundational knowledge in software development processes, system integrations, and data flows to effectively guide technical decision-making.
Proven ability to communicate technical details and complex trade-offs clearly and precisely to engineering teams.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification is highly preferred.
