Requirements
- High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of relevant internal and/or external work experience in a similar service industry required, preferably in healthcare
- Associate degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant internal and/or external work experience in a similar service industry required, preferably in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Healthcare, or Public Administration with 2 years of related internal and/or external work experience in a similar service industry required, preferably in healthcare
- Demonstrates robust business acumen and sharp analytical skills essential for delivering value-based care.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, adept at managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to evolving company objectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards, including federal, state, and local laws relevant to healthcare operations, navigating standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines effectively.
- Acute awareness of competitive dynamics within the healthcare industry.
