About the role
- Manage and support assigned Performance Improvement staff and liaise with complex enterprise clients.
- Set goals for Performance Improvement teams and provide mentoring, coaching and overall guidance.
- Develop, maintain and refine departmental standard operating procedures and service delivery SOPs.
- Provide advanced population health management data, analysis, and actionable insights for the business.
- Analyze financial and quality reports to identify opportunities and present findings to physicians and staff.
- Monitor and manage progress of key performance indicators for providers to ensure goals are met.
- Create provider performance reports, presentations, monthly and quarterly reports, practice assessments, and provider manuals.
- Conduct webinars and educational content and create provider in-service logs and Salesforce functions.
- Coordinate support activities with various departments to provide optimal customer service to network providers and internal customers.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling conference calls/meetings and travel arrangements.
- Manage assigned medical providers and their staff to drive positive financial performance, appropriate utilization, and high quality across value-based programs.
- Travel to local practices/providers as needed (0-25%).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare or related field.
- Possess 5+ years’ experience in healthcare or sales field.
- Ability to develop staff members and maintain a stable workforce.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Strong initiative skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, possess exceptional communication and inter-personal skills, organization skills and a spirit with a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete projects accurately and timely.
- Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and abide to specific deadlines.
- Ability to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with Salesforce, provider portals and tracking tools.
- Experience analyzing financial and quality reports and creating provider performance reports and presentations.
- Supervisory experience: mentoring, coaching and general oversight of team members.
- Experience scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and maintaining professional communication via phone/e-mail.
